Green Tea

Smooth, devine and classic. The green tea leaves can be plucked from the same plants as black tea but forgo the black tea fermentation process. Once they are plucked and chosen for green tea production, the leaves are immediately steamed and bruised by machine or hand. They are then pan fried or basket fired giving the tea its glossy look and feel. The lack of fermentation results in teas that have a fresh, full of life flavour.

Low in Caffeine but high in antioxidants.

Popped Rice, we can help pair you with the perfect green tea.
